New Permissions and Company Preferences in the Summer 2026 Release

New Permissions

After the release, you will need to grant these permissions to user roles that will need to perform the following functions:

  1. Authority to apply modified pricing to item master in all locations

  1. Allow user to open a saved Bill as Read Only

New Company Preferences

After the release, you can update the behavior of the following features by checking or unchecking the preference.

  1. Wholegoods Tab - Do Not Allow Sale of WG with Zero Cost

  1. Wholegoods Tab, Require additional fields for Wholegood Masters

  1. Inventory Tab Require Category, Group, and Class for Part Masters
