UPCOMING: Floor Plan Cash Requirements Forecast Report

The Wholegood Floor Plan Scheduled Payments grid has a built in Cash Requirements Forecast report.  To review your cash requirements forecast for Floor Plan amounts due, navigate to:

Wholegoods > Find > Floor Plan Scheduled Payments

For a company wide cash requirements forecast, do not enter any pre-fetch or find panel filters. Fetch the list of Wholegood Liabilities.

Each section of the grid can be resized as a group.  To more easily view the report, you can shrink the Wholegood and Scheduled Payments sections.

If there are line items with a Red highlight on the report, this indicates that the Liability Amount posted to the unit has changed since the payment was initially populated on the report.  You will need to right-click and Edit Scheduled Payments on these lines to correct the current payment schedule.

The amount of the payment(s) will need to be updated to match the Wholegood Master Liability Amount.  Click Save to update the payment and remove the Red Line.

NOTE:  You will not be able to select the Wholegood for payment if the line is shaded red.  If you are using the Select All feature, you will not be able to Select All on the grid if any of the lines are shaded red.

The Cash Requirements Report will populate the cash amounts according to due date.  Columns available include:

Net Amount Due:  Total Amount Due for all Floor Plans

Past Due:  Amounts that are past the scheduled due date

Days 1-30 through Days 181+: Forcasted amounts to be paid according to scheduled Due Dates.

The bottom bar of the report shows the totals for the Wholegood Floor Plans included in the grid.

You can export the report to Excel by clicking on the Print Option at the top left of the grid.

You will want to export this report to Excel due to the number of columns included.  Once you receive the Print pop-up, click on the Export To dropdown option and choose XLSX.  The system will prompt you to save the file and give you an option to open.  You can then manipulate the data in Excel as needed.
