How to extend a Note Receivable

Step: 1 Open the note to be paid off.

Step: 2 - Calculate Payoff

Step: 3 – Payoff Loan

Step: 4 - Move dollars to a clearing account.

Step: 5 – Create deposit.

Step: 6 - Create RO.

Step: 7 - Settle RO to GL.

Step: 8 - Create New Note Receivable.

Step: 9  - Fund Note.

Step: 10 - Create Payment Document.
