2012 October Release Notes

Added a column to the Chart of Accounts to display the Associated COGS account for all Revenue Accounts.
Added an Expiration Date to the Customer Master Details Tab related to the Sales Tax Certificate Number.  Also added several options to the Company Preferences section to allow the user to require sales tax certificate numbers and expiration dates for Non-Taxable and Tax Exempt Customers.  There is also a new option to show a pop up at Point of Sale within 30 days of expiration and an option to have the system automatically set the tax status to Taxable upon expiration.  Columns are available in column chooser on the customer list to display the expiration date and number.  To set these Company Preferences, navigate to Company>Company Preferences.  The newly added options are at the bottom of the CRM tab.
Corrected an issue where users could void a Customer Receipt document in a Hard Closed period.
Added a feature to the Rental Contact list to allow the user to drill into the detail of equipment included on the contract.  To see a list of equipment on the contract, click on the plus sign (+) in the left margin of the list.
Corrected an issue with the Rental Status remaining AFR after the unit was sold.
Add a column for Rental Contract Number to the Customer Line Item Detail report.
Added 3 new columns to the WG Master List for Rental Period, Rental Start Date and Rental Due Date.  The data in these columns will display for those units on contract.
Corrected an issue with the WG Re-Namable Fields not displaying correctly in the WG List.
Added a feature to allow a user to delete a line on a Payment Template.
Added several new state withholding options to the Payroll module.
Corrected an issue with Average Cost of Inventory Items related to Inventory Transfers.
Added a tool bar feature at the bottom of the Reconciliation form to allow the user to sum the various columns.
The “Attention” line now prints on Invoices in the Ship To area.
Corrected an issue with Form 941, Field 2 related to Payroll.
