Various Added a permission to allow for creating a Journal Entry within a Hard Closed period. This permission can be assigned to a user role within the Accounting Area of the Role Permissions. This permission should be assigned very sparingly. Please note that administrative users have all permissions and will therefore have this permission. You may want to review those users that have the Administrative Role to ensure you are comfortable with this authority level. Some organizations may not want any users having this role on a day to day basis; rather have an administrator log in that is used only for special circumstances and a more customized level of permissions for day to day use. For instance, those Administrative Role users today may have one log in and password for their day to day functions that is something less than full Administrative rights and a second log in with the Administrative Role to be used only for special circumstances such as Journal Entries in a hard closed period or editing set up data such as pricing info, accounting options, etc. |
Internal Corrected an issue where Repair Orders will now correctly display hours for Operation Codes with different hour settings for Customer/Warranty/Internal. |
Lilley Changed the way the system filters through the Salesman drop down for Sales Order and Invoices. |
