Importing a Picklist from Excel

To import a Picklist you must first create the excel file to be used in the import.

The excel worksheet must contain specific columns in a specific order. Click here to download the Picklist Import Template.

Example of the Picklist Import Template:

Column definitions:

Price book, OEM Vendor =Price book and OEM Vendor from the Item Master

OEM Division = normally blank unless a Navistar part, then OEM Division is NAVISTR

Item Number = the part number

Quantity = the quantity of the part number to include on the picklist

Source Memo = any memo information needed

After you have entered the information into your spreadsheet you will import into the Picklist.

Navigate to:

Inventory > Find > Picklists

Click on "Item" under the "Add New" option to open a New Picklist.

Click on "Import" and choose "Picklist" on the New Picklist tab.
