Finding a Repair Order by Tech

To view a list of open repair orders by a specific technician, go to:

Service > Find > Repair Order by Tech

A pop-up will display a list of technicians.  Double-click on the technician that you wish to view.

A list of open repair orders will now show for this technician. Select a time period you want to view and click Fetch. Double-click to open a specific repair order.
