Instructions for uploading Wholegoods with Photo Attachments

We have recently updated the TracTru uploads  to include photos that are attached to the Wholegood Master.  There is no limit to the number of photos that can be uploaded.  However, there are two specific Attachment Types required for the photos to upload properly.  There will be two choices for photos, Preview Picture, and Other Picture.  You can only have one Preview Picture attachment.  Any other attachments added will have an Attachment Type of Other Picture.  No other Attachment Type will upload the photo to TracTru.

Your photo attachments must be “jpg” file type. PDF file types are not supported by TracTru.

We have also added a new User Defined Field to the Wholegood Master that can be used to control what gets uploaded to TracTru and what does not get uploaded. In the Wholegood Master / User Defined Field tab will be the new field TracTru Upload. This is a Yes / No / Maybe field.

You will select Yes from the dropdown in the Wholegoods Masters you want uploaded to TracTru. If the TracTru Upload field is left “Blank” or “No” is entered the Wholegood Master will NOT be uploaded.

This option allows you to control which Wholegoods get uploaded to TracTru and which Wholegoods do not get uploaded.

There are two fields used to verify the Wholegood is uploaded to TracTru:

Sales Status = AFS

TracTru Upload = Yes

RIMSS is automatically uploading the Wholegood file to TracTru on a nightly basis based on the TracTru Upload = Yes. The fields in the table below are self-explanatory and in some cases TracTru does not have the same field or description available.

Any changes in the way the data is displayed on your website should be discussed with TracTru first. Then discussed with RIMSS to see if those changes can be implemented
