How to Save a Report on the Dashboard

You can add any saved Query reports (Grid View reports) to a user's Dashboard using the following method:

  1. Navigate to: File > Manage > Manage Dashboard Access

  1. Click on the "User Saved Queries" tab

  1. In the "User" dropdown, select the user who you want to have access to the report.

  1. In the "Saved Query" dropdown, select the saved query that you want to populate on the user's dasboard.

  1. Click on "Add Saved Query to User" to add the Query to the user's dashboard.

Users can now navigate to View > My Dashboard to see the report linked.
