Kubota Model Determination

The following documentation will demonstrate the new ability to validate Kubota Models directly in the main Kubota database. This new feature will allow you to view Kubota Warranty Policies and Campaigns for the Wholegood. The correct Model number will become a requirement on the Wholegood in order to use the new K-Warranty submission through WinNetStar.

If the Wholegood Master has been created with an invalid model, the new process will find and add the correct model to the Wholegood. If the model does not exist in WinNetStar, the new model will be automatically added.

Wholegood Model Determination requires that the full serial number and at least 3 digits of the Kubota model are saved on the Wholegood Master before initiating the Wholegood Model Determination query.
