UPCOMING: Voiding Estimates from the Estimates List View

The Parts(POS), Wholegoods and Service Repair Estimate List feature provides a centralized view of all estimates, including those that may need to be voided. From this list, you can simply right-click on any estimate and select "Void" to instantly void it—making estimate management quick and efficient.

Begin by opening the Estimate List containing the estimate you wish to void.

Right-clicking and selecting "void" will leave the estimate in a voided state.

To see a list of voided estimates, simply uncheck the "voided = false" box in the bottom left corner of the Estimate List and all voided estimates will appear in the grid.

To view a list that only includes voided estimates, filling in the post-fetch filter under "Voided" with the criteria "=true" will exclusively display voided estimates.
