CSPS – Customer Drop Ship & Carrier Override

Instructions to enter Customer Drop Ship Information and specify a Carrier Override.

Users can also review the Service Levels by Order Type, Depot, and Carrier Codes by navigating to the following:

Inventory → Utilities → CNH → CSPS

Select Service Levels to review the various Retail Codes, Order Type Codes, Warehouse Codes/Descriptions, and Carrier Codes/Descriptions.

(Note: The Customer Drop Ship Information will populate the Delivery Address in a future version)

Using the Retail Code 990 as described above will display this window. 

As previously stated a future version of this program will automatically populate this information for you based on the information from the Sales Order.

Please remember the various options for Shipping Methods are determined by CSPS.
