7 - Fixed Asset Reporting
Fixed Asset Report
To report on Fixed Assets in your Company, navigate to:
Fixed Assets > Find > Asset
This will open the Fixed Asset List/Report. You can filter the report with pre-fetch filters or just ensure that your As of Date is set to the date you want to review and click Fetch.
The report will open with the Default Layout as shown below. There are many additional fields that you can add to this report in the column chooser. Once you set up a new report, you can save the report by clicking on Layouts at the top of the screen.
Depreciation Report
To view the Depreciation Report, navigate to:
Fixed Assets > Find > Depreciation Journal
Set the date range to include the Depreciation Journal you want to review and click Fetch. Double click on the Depreciation Journal in the list to open the report.
Once the report is open in the default layout (shown below), you may add or remove columns from column chooser to include the information you would like in your report. You have full reporting options with print and export features included.
