Editing Employee Time Slips
Time slips are fully editable until they are paid in the RIMSS payroll module or until the Repair Order on which they were associated is settled. Voiding the payroll document or unsettling the Repair Order will re-open a timeslip for editing. To edit a time slip, navigate to:
Employees > Find > Time Slip
Set your date range, select the Date In or Date Out option for filtering the dates, and select an Employee or Task if applicable. Once all pre-fetch filters are selected, click Fetch. Double click on the correct Time Slip in the list to open and edit the document.

Once the Time Slip is open, you can edit any of the fields that are not shaded.
Employee: Choose a different employee in the drop-down
Task: Click the ellipse (3 dots) to prompt the pop-up to select a new Time Slip Task
Repair Order: If the Task is set to Repair Order/Estimate, click the ellipse to prompt the pop-up and select a different Repair Order/Service Issue
Op Code: Click the ellipse to prompt the pop-up to select a new Op Code
Date/Time In and Date/Time Out: Type the new information over the data shown
Notes: Add, edit, or delete text within the Notes Box
Click on Save, Save and Close, or Save and New after all changes have been completed.

You can Void a time slip under the same conditions that you can edit a time slip. Click on the Void Option at the top of the time slip to void the document. The system will provide a visual display once the document is voided.
