How to Add Manufacturer Credit Card Information to a Customer Account

FleetCharge, CNH, and AGCO Plus

Open the Customer Master from Customer > Find > Customer

Once you have opened the Customer Master, click on the Details tab.

After selecting the Account Type, enter the Credit Card # and Expiration Date.

Certain credit cards have a specific format for the credit card number. Make sure the account number is entered in the correct format. When entering AGCO Plus, CNH, or Fleet Charge credit cards, if the account number is not in the correct format, errors will occur during settlement.

As of this printing, the following credit card number formats are accepted:

AGCO Plus        8 characters (alpha/numeric ONLY)

Fleet Charge     8 or 16 characters (numeric format ONLY)

CNH                  16 characters (numeric ONLY)
