Viewing Dashboards

Dashboards must be configured for your User login before you can review them.  Refer to Configuring Dashboards for details on how to set this up.

To open and view your Dashboards, navigate to View > My Dashboard

This will open the Dashboard with no widgets populated.  You will need to click on Refresh Dashboard Screens to populate the reports.

Your configured tabs and widgets will populate for review. There are several features you can use while reviewing the reports.

  1. You can change the heighth and width of any widget by clicking and holding the edge of the report and dragging to the desired size.  Any changes made this way will stay until you change them.

  1. The icon with an up arrow at the top right of each report will allow you to print or export a report to the format of your choice.

  1. The icon with 4 arrows at the top right of each report will make that report full screen for viewing.  Once the report is full screen, the icon will change to inward facing arrows that will reduce the size of the report back down to it's original setting.

  1. Within a report, if you hover your mouse over a shaded area and you see it change from solid to striped, you can click on that shaded area to drill down into the report for additional detail.

Clicking on the return arrow icon at the top right of a report will "drill up" in the report to a previous level.

  1. Some reports are data tables instead of charts.  These reports open in summary format.  To open up additional detail, click on the + sign on the left side of a data row. Once open, you can click on the - sign to return to the summary format.

  1. You may have multiple tabs of reports across the top of your Dashboard.  Navigate the tabs to view additional reports.

  1. On the left side of the Dashboards is a section for Saved Reports.  You may have reports included in this section that you can access by clicking on the report title.  This will open a separate tab in RIMSS with the report.
