Cancelling a New Credit Card Transaction with Emergepay

To cancel a new credit card transaction, click on the Cancel option in the Gravity pop-up that will populate on the screen.  If needed, you can also cancel the transaction directly on the credit card device.

Note: Do not use the Cancel option on the RIMSS pop-up as this will create issues with the clearing of the transaction on a credit card device or through Gravity payments if in deviceless mode.
