UPS WorldShip Integration

Prior to using this integration, you will need to contact RIMSS, sign an SLA addendum, and configure the interface.

Refer to the document UPS WorldShip Configuration for instructions on configuring the integration on your PC. Currently, this feature is only active on Parts Sales Orders.

To use the integration, you will first need to create the Sales Order. You do not need to add the freight charge. Once the Sales Order is saved, click on File > Send to UPS WorldShip.

Open UPS WorldShip and go to Keyed Import > WNS_Import.

Enter the Document Number from RIMSS. This will automatically pull in all the information from the Sales Order.

After creating your shipping label, return to your Sales Order in RIMSS.

In RIMSS, navigate to your Sales Order and go to File > Received from UPS WorldShip.

In the pop-up, click on Add Shipping Charge to Document. The system will then add a Miscellaneous Charge for Freight to your Sales Order, along with the total freight amount and tracking number.
