General

Added a new menu option on the customer console to create new customer receipt.
Numerous enhancements and bug fixes to the email alert features allowing users to set up automatic email alerts to employees, customers and suppliers based on certain events occurring.
When adding a customer discount on the details tab of the customer master, the user will now be prompted to save at all locations.
Added a new permission - “Change Customer Inactive Status”.
Corrected an issue with the printed date on the Trial Balance Grid View report.
Added the save layout feature to the document register detail tab of point-of-sale documents.  To see this new feature, right mouse click on the column header row.
Added integration with Ring Central phone systems to auto search for customer in the customer console when a phone call is answered. Click here for more information.
Corrected an issue where the revenue account was not populating on the line item detail report in certain instances.
Added a new integration for credit card processing using Gravity’s EmergePay functionality that will allow the pass-through of the credit card fee to your customer.  If you are interested in learning more about this new integration, please contact customer support. Added the ability for customers to pay their open invoices in the customer portal using a credit card through the new EmergePay integration. Click here for more information on subscribing to the Customer Portal. For details on how to receive the portal payments in RIMSS, click here.
Corrected an issue where the purchase order number was not printing on the invoice generated from customer deposits on repair orders.
Added an attachments tab to the reconciliation form and added logic to auto attach a grid print of finalized reconciliations.
Corrected an issue where copy to new estimate was not copying all line items.
Added a new permission – View Rental Rates Tab on WG Master.
Users can now drag and drop directly from an attachment in Outlook to any attachments tab within WNS.  Also extended drag and drop capability throughout the system.
Performance enhancements have been made to opening a customer master.
Added a print option on the AR History tab within the AR Aging tab of the customer master.
Re-activating a customer will now prompt the user to re-activate at all locations.
Enhancements have been made to the workflow and processes associated with exiting the application.
Added a new permission – Edit Mfg Cost, Asking Price, PDI Cost for Quote type Wholegoods.

Wholegoods

Added a new feature to auto-populate the arrival date in the wholegood master when settling a wholegood invoice with a trade in.
Corrected an issue where wholegood invoices were flagged as settled to GL when they were not.
Added the ability to auto attach a dealer-to-dealer wholegood transfer document from the Kubota Invoice Download to the respective wholegood master.
Numerous enhancements to the CNH DEP interface.
Corrected an issue where transferring wholegoods was also transferring rental cost of goods sold for the respective unit.
On the wholegood list, the pre-fetch filter for model now searches across all makes when the make field is left blank.
Corrected an issue on the wholegood master description field where the users edits were not saved in certain circumstances.
Make and Model now print on the WG packing slip.
Added mouse scroll wheel functionality to items grid of WGPOS Documents.
Miles and hours now print when using the Print Work Order feature from the repair order list.
Why don't skeletons fight each other? Because they don't have the guts!

Parts

Moved the menu option for the Deleted Items Report from Reports>Service to Reports>Inventory and added deleted items from point-of- sale documents to this report.
Performance enhancements to the Item Metrics Report.
Added the UPC field to the price file import feature.
Added a feature to the picklist to auto-create part master records for those items on the list without a corresponding part master.
Corrected an issue where the last received date was not updating until an item was sold.
Added columns to the item inventory report to display category, group and class.
Corrected an issue where AMAX-generated picklists were not populating all columns.
Added a new right mouse click option to the Sales Order Light list to Convert and Settle.  Selecting this option will bypass the need to open the sales order and click the convert to invoice menu option and then click on the settle invoice option.  Instead, clicking this new menu option will auto-create the invoice behind the scenes and take the user directly to the settlement pop-up.  Furthermore, if there is a credit card preauthorization tied to the sales order, the system will also bypass the settlement pop-up and auto-settle the invoice against the credit card and go straight to invoice printing. Corrected an issue where the transfer dispatch was not being auto created in certain circumstances.
Corrected an issue where the customer name and document number were not printing on the pick list printed from the sales order.
Added ability to print bin labels from the support list for bins.
Added columns to display bin location to the inventory adjustment document and the inventory count screen.
Corrected a display issue for sales history related to merged parts.
Corrected an issue where price file updates were removing manually added associations.
Corrected a display issue where the inventory adjustment document was displaying an incorrect quantity in some circumstances.
Added primary bin location to the mass updates function.

Added the user defined fields from the Sales Order to the Sales Order Light List.
Corrected an issue when saving a sales order the tax group was removed under certain circumstances.

Service

On the order status tab of the repair order, there is now a right mouse click menu option on purchase order lines – Kubota Parts Order Status.
Added word wrapping to the Description, Cause and Fix columns of the line item detail report.
Added menu option to create service appointments from the customer console under the Create menu option in the top left and by doing a right mouse click on a detail line from the wholegoods tab of the console.
Corrected an issue where miscellaneous shop charges were, in certain circumstances, using the incorrect miscellaneous charge resulting in an incorrect GL account being used.
Corrected an issue where the option to not group core returns on point-of-sale documents was not working correctly for service documents.
Corrected an issue where changing the service appointment label was causing a credit card force settlement pop-up.
Corrected an issue where one of the user defined fields on the repair order was displaying on the repair order list.
Added columns to the repair order report to display WG Status and Sold Date.
Why did the scarecrow win an award? Because he was outstanding in his field!
